As Branch Manager and Team Leader for The Pennington Team, Michael leads teams throughout the Charlotte, N.C. region with branches in Ballantyne, Fort Mill, and Lake Wylie. Michael has been an industry leader since 2003 and has redefined the loan officer role by bringing an unparalleled level of service to his real estate agent partners and clients.

Michael is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served at Camp Pendleton, C.A., and aboard the U.S.S. Tarawa. Michael resides in Indian Land, S.C. with his wife, Kory, their son, Jackson, and their three dogs.
