I spent much of my career in healthcare helping doctors and nurses adopt new surgical technologies. I worked for almost 20 years with Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing roles. During that time, I went back to school and earned a degree in Business Administration. I learned pricing strategy, market and data analysis, contracting, negotiations, and the financial drivers that influence decision making.
I also bring hands-on experience in construction and home building. Early in life I worked as a roofer, and over the years I have remodeled and renovated several of my own homes. I have managed projects myself and also acted as a general contractor for electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, woodworking, kitchen renovations, fence installations, decking, patios, outdoor kitchens, roofing, hardwood flooring, and drywall and painting.
My life and career experience, and desire to provide an exceptional home buying experience has led me to a career as a real estate professional with the goal of bringing personal integrity and a strong work ethic to every client interaction. I live in Wesley Chapel, North Carolina with my wife Rachael, who is a licensed social worker, and our two teenage children, Reece and Sara, along with our dog and three cats.
My focus is on preparing clients for every step of the buying and selling process so they never feel unprepared. If you enjoy outdoor activities, I am always up for conversations about beaches, mountain trails, camping, sailing, and anything outdoors. I am also a former chef and enjoy baking sourdough bread….so if you work with me, there is a pretty good chance you will go home with a loaf.
