Prospective monthly and seasonal residents must undergo a background check and receive approval from Barefoot Landing Management. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit; however, a $400 nonrefundable deposit is required for the first pet, with an additional $35 per month for each pet thereafter. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles, and any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee.
