If you’re a real estate agent or interested in a career in real estate, Carolinas Dream Team has some great opportunities for you in 2022.
We will help over 450 families this year in the growing areas of Charlotte and Spartanburg. We had a record-breaking year in 2021 as one of the top leaders in the region, and we’ll help tens of thousands of families over the next five years.
Charlotte is ranked as one of the five best cities for jobs by Forbes. More than 120 people are moving here every day, and we want you to be a part of it. With all the changes in the world these past few years, there is a need now more than ever for stability, growth, and flexibility in careers with companies that value people as individuals and team members.
Here at Carolinas Dream Team, we're hiring and training inside sales agents as the first point of contact to help the many homeowners who reach out to us each day. This position does not require a license and has a more consistent schedule.

We also have roles for buyer-partners who are maybe newer to the business and want to partner their business with a more experienced agent. This role can be used as a training opportunity or a long-term partnership where you and your business partner leverage each other’s best strengths.
Finally, we’re looking to partner with seasoned agents who are ready to take their businesses from ordinary to extraordinary levels with our proven training, systems, models, and processes.
