A $4.35 million home just closed in Fort Mill, one of the biggest sales we've seen in this market. And remember that home that went under contract in a single day? It just closed too, $54,000 over asking.

Fort Mill closed 7 homes over $1.3 million this June, up from 4 in that same month last year. The top of the market is only getting stronger.

Last week we told you about 653 Bannerman Lane in Springfield, listed at $1.5 million by our co-founder Faiyaz Dossaji, under contract in a single day. It just closed at $1,554,000, over asking, exactly what the data said should happen at that price point.

Check out the video here!

Here's where the rest of Fort Mill stands this week: 48 new listings, 36 closings, 42 homes currently under contract, 79 price decreases, and just 5 price increases. Homes priced right are still closing fast and over asking. Homes priced high are the ones getting cut.

Whatever your price point, knowing exactly where you stand this week changes everything about your strategy.
