I didn’t take a straight path into real estate, and honestly, I’m grateful for that.
I started working at nine years old as a caddie at a local country club, and from there I’ve done a little bit of everything, restaurants, sales, managing teams, even running my own small business. At one point, I was running a loan office. At another, I was leading arbitration for an auto auction. Each role taught me how to solve problems, communicate clearly, and take care of people under pressure.
Real estate came later, but when it did, it clicked.
What I realized quickly is that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s a big decision, often happening in the middle of real life, job transitions, growing families, tough seasons, or new opportunities. I’ve lived through many of those moments myself, and that experience has shaped how I show up for my clients.
I have five kids, and life has taken us across several states before we planted roots here in the Fort Mill area. We’ve experienced the excitement of new beginnings and walked through challenging seasons, including a serious family health battle that completely changed how we view time, priorities, and what really matters.
That perspective stays with me in this business.
I know how important it is to feel confident in your decisions, to have someone in your corner who can help you make sense of the market, and to move forward without second-guessing everything.
